COVID-19 Precautions

What to Expect Upon Arriving:

  • Proper face mask wear covering nose and mouth while indoors at the clinic

  • COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire (Please see link above to fill out prior to visit)

  • Temperature and Pulse Oxygen Level Screenings

  • Social Distancing of 6 ft dist between household members enforced

  • Extensive hygiene measures:

    • Sanitation of common & high touch areas frequently

    • Frames disinfected between patients

Scheduling Recommendations:

  • Household members are encouraged to be schedule their exams at the same time.

  • Adult patients (18+ years old) shall be accompanied by themselves.

  • Minor Patients (<18 years old) shall be accompanied by 1 guardian above 18 years old.

  • Patients with special needs and/or memory difficulties may be accompanied by a trusted companion/guardian.
